Accurate diagnosis often begins with appropriate imaging. Two consultant radiologists report X-ray and ultrasound studies for clinic, ward, dialysis and emergency patients. Ultrasound is central to kidney care, from checking for stones and obstruction to guiding biopsy and catheter procedures. The hospital does not currently offer CT or MRI; patients who need them are referred.
